Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Most orders (excluding Pre-Orders) are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Holidays), processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

Tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number sent to your provided email as soon as your package ships. Please allow 1 business day for the tracking number to load the updated tracking information, as there may be a slight delay in displaying the updated status.

Delivery Time

Please note that the shipping times above are estimates, and we do our best to work with the most affordable and reliable shipping partners to make that happen. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package is three or more days past the estimated delivery date, please reach out to our customer service at support@playparlay.co and our team will assist you.

PO Boxes

We cannot ship to international PO boxes. Standard USA shipping to PO boxes is available. Please note that shipping to PO Boxes may take twice as long to deliver, due to the coordination with local postal services.

International Shipping

We are currently only able to offer shipping to the USA and Canada at this time, but we look forward to expanding our shipping destinations in the near future!

Return Policy

Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. A product must be in new/unused condition and in it's original packaging to be accepted as a return. Please note that shipping costs are final and not eligible for a refund.

How to Return

Contact our customer service team to initiate a return at support@playparlay.co. Please note as we are a small business, we do not cover return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive the refund with your payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Items are Final Sale once all seals are broken and the product shows any sign of use. A product must be in new/unused condition and in it's original packaging to be accepted as a return. Any returned items that display clear signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please contact our team to initiate a return and place a new order. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please reach out to our team and we will resolve the issue promptly.
