Pre-Order Policy

How Pre-Order Works

When an item sells out of stock, Parlay may take pre-orders prior to when inventory is restocked. Upon placing a pre-order, you will be charged at the time of purchase. Completion of a pre-order constitutes your agreement to have your payment method charged at the time of purchase.

Timeline

Please check the product page for the most accurate expected shipping date. Please note that the expected delivery date is our best estimate, but it is not a guaranteed date of delivery. Once the product is back in stock, you will receive an email from us containing your updated order and shipping status. The estimated delivery date is subject to change based on a variety of circumstances including but not limited to production, shipping, or other possible unforeseen delays.

Pre-Order Cancellation

Changed your mind about a pre-order? You have 7 days from your purchase date to request a full refund to your original payment method. Just email your order number and request to support@playparlay.co to get started.

After 7 days of placing the pre-order, you may request to cancel your order for in-store credit only. For all other non pre-order items (ie. items in stock), we offer store credit.

If your order has not shipped within 14 days after the original estimated shipping date, you are eligible to cancel the affected item(s) for a full refund to your original payment method. To request a cancellation, please email our support team at support@playparlay.co.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions:

Parlay reserves the right to cancel any delayed pre-orders at its discretion. If a pre-order is canceled, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

We are not liable for any losses or damages caused by shipment delays. This limitation of liability applies to all types of claims, including direct or indirect damages that may occur.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Most orders (excluding Pre-Orders) are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Holidays), processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

Tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number sent to your provided email as soon as your package ships. Please allow 1 business day for the tracking number to load the updated tracking information, as there may be a slight delay in displaying the updated status.

Delivery Time

Please note that the shipping times above are estimates, and we do our best to work with the most affordable and reliable shipping partners to make that happen. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package is three or more days past the estimated delivery date, please reach out to our customer service at support@playparlay.co and our team will assist you.

PO Boxes

We cannot ship to international PO boxes. Standard USA shipping to PO boxes is available. Please note that shipping to PO Boxes may take twice as long to deliver, due to the coordination with local postal services.

International Shipping

We are currently only able to offer shipping to the USA and Canada at this time, but we look forward to expanding our shipping destinations in the near future!

Return Policy

Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. A product must be in new/unused condition and in it's original packaging to be accepted as a return. Please note that shipping costs are final and not eligible for a refund.

How to Return

Contact our customer service team to initiate a return at support@playparlay.co. Please note as we are a small business, we do not cover return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive the refund with your payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Items are Final Sale once all seals are broken and the product shows any sign of use. A product must be in new/unused condition and in it's original packaging to be accepted as a return. Any returned items that display clear signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please contact our team to initiate a return and place a new order. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please reach out to our team and we will resolve the issue promptly.
